Most often I create cards from left over paper scraps. This time I decided to start with the cards first (before the scrapbook pages). I used American Crafts City Park Collection for everything on the cards. I only had one pack of embellishments though so they are all featuring the same circles.
These cards are based on the simple Monday Card Madness Sketch #48 found at the ScrapbookSteals Blog. It’s a simple sketch and it caught my eye because because it opens from the bottom and has rounded corners.
Supplies: Patterned Paper/Embellishments- American Crafts City Park Collection, corner rounder 1/2 inch- W R Memory Keepers, word stamps- Stamp it UP.
I love how fast making cards can be when you have simple designs. Now I am going to use the rest of the paper (10 sheets) to do the rest of my spring layouts from Easter festivities this year. I don’t have any more embellishments though so luckily I found some of the rest in this line at Amazon.
Which card is your favorite?
