Here’s a quick layout I made with the Boy Crazy page kit from Scrapbook Generation. I like using page kits from time to time to help get me closer to my goal of being caught up. This boy crazy kit comes with everything you need to make the layout and even a sketch so you can do it again. All you have to do is assemble!
The sketch outlined 5 photos but I wanted to add two more for a total of 7 photos. I changed a 5×3.5 photo to a 2×3 (on the far right side with the three kids) and then added the two 2×2’s to the layout. I like how many photos you can add to this layout and LONG title across the bottom.
This Take a Hike line is great for the camping trips & hikes in the mountains. I used it for our camping trip from last summer and this might be the most recent event that I’ve scrapped. If I go by my chronological list of pages to scrap I am working my way through 2011 now.
I subscribed to some of the monthly SG kits during 2012. I’ve stopped them now so that I can get through them all and also need to finish up with my stash. I haven’t had to buy any paper or embellishments for layouts for quite some time (at least 6 months)! I love all the new stuff out there after CHA but I am holing back till I actually need new supplies for layouts. We have another scrapbook retreat weekend coming up soon and I am excited to get more layouts completed.
